TBMC offers a client referral service for directly authorised intermediaries. The service is aimed at mortgage brokers who, for a variety of reasons, may wish to refer a buy-to-let client to us without having to deal with the case themselves. The buy-to-let mortgage market is far more complex than it used to be, and some brokers are finding buy-to-let cases too time-consuming to place.

We provide an opportunity for you to refer your buy-to-let clients to us to deal with directly and still receive a procuration fee without being involved in placing the application.
How it works
To refer a client, complete the client referral service enquiry form below and send to [email protected]. You will also need to sign and return the client referral service terms and agreement document giving us consent to contact your client directly.
