Commercial mortgages

We offer a wide range of commercial finance solutions for your clients including commercial mortgages, self-invested personal pensions, small self-administered schemes, development finance, bridging loans and other non-property related finance.

In order for us to provide you with the best possible service, it is important that you use the online enquiry form to submit your enquiry rather than telephoning the team directly. This will enable us to consider your case and the possible solutions before discussing further with you. We will respond to your enquiry within two working days (Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm).

Broker fees

Unlike some commercial brokerages, TBMC does not charge upfront broker fees. Commercial enquiries and assessments are free. A commitment fee of £395 will be payable when we are satisfied that the application can be placed with a lender. This is in respect of the assessment and preparation of the application for submission to a lender. A broker fee, which is typically 1% (minimum £1,500), is payable on receipt of the offer.

Procuration fees

TBMC offers excellent procuration fees which are payable on case completion. Procuration fees vary from lender to lender, but are typically around 0.5%.
