Client Referral Service (CRS)

TBMC offers a Client Referral Service for Directly Authorised intermediaries only. The service is aimed at mortgage brokers who, for a variety of reasons, may wish to refer a buy-to-let client to TBMC without having to deal with the case themselves. The buy-to-let mortgage market is far more complex than it used to be and some brokers are finding buy-to-let cases too time-consuming to place.

  • do you find buy-to-let cases too time consuming?
  • do you rarely get involved with buy-to-let mortgages?
  • has the buy-to-let mortgage market become too complex?
