The Property Divestment Scheme is an innovative new scheme developed jointly by TBMC and Residential Property Solutions (RPS). It is designed to allow a fast and uncomplicated sale of a residential investment property leaving any current tenancy in place.

If your client meets the PDS criteria, funding can be arranged without any unnecessary delays. The Plan is not subject to quotas and is not being rationed in tranches, which means deals can complete quickly.

Introducer Fee:

An Introducer Fee of 0.5% of the sale price will be payable on each successful transaction.
