Property Divestment Scheme (PDS)
PDS gives landlords the ability to raise funds quickly by selling their tenanted properties
AT A DISCOUNT through this scheme. It has been designed for landlords who:
- want to dispose of a property portfolio quickly and exit the market or retire
- need to sell part of their portfolio in order to raise capital
- are coming to the end of a fixed rate finance deal and do not have sufficient equity to refinance
Introducer Fee:
An Introducer Fee of 0.5% of the sale price will be payable on each successful transaction.
