BROKER FEES

Unlike some commercial brokerages, TBMC does not charge upfront broker fees. Commercial enquiries and assessments are free. A Commitment Fee of £250 will be payable when we are satisfied that the Application can be placed with a lender. This is in respect of the assessment and preparation of the Application for submission to a lender. A Broker Fee, which is typically 1% (minimum £1250), is payable on receipt of the offer.

PROCURATION FEES

TBMC offers excellent Procuration Fees which are payable on case completion. Procuration Fees vary from lender to lender, but are typically around 0.5%.
