Make an Enquiry
If you have a development finance enquiry, please use the Development Finance Form. For all other enquiries, please use the General Enquiry Form
Once you have submitted your enquiry, we will make an initial assessment of the case and contact you with a response within 48 hours (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm).
APPLICATION PROCESS

STAGE 1
Submit the Enquiry Form to TBMC via the website.

STAGE 2
Application plus all supporting documents received and acknowledged by TBMC Commercial.

STAGE 3
Case assessed and a £250 Committment Fee is payable before:
- application submitted to lender
- additional information or clarity of detail requested
- case accepted or declined

STAGE 4
Agreement in principle, indicative offer or formal offer subject to valuation obtained from lender.
|
STAGE 5
Valuation fee paid. Valuation instructed, conducted and prepared.
|
STAGE 6
Formal offer obtained from lender and a 1% Broker Fee is payable.
|
STAGE 7
Formal offer accepted and solicitors instructed.
|
STAGE 8
Case managed to completion.
|
STAGE 9
Commission/procuration fee paid on receipt from lender.
