work to the TBMC/e-Conveyancer service, enabling your clients to benefit from an
efficient service with all costs shown up front and no fee payable if the mortgage
does not complete. All you have to do is request a conveyancing quote on the new
Buy to Let Application Form
and TBMC will do the rest.
For every successful referral, you will receive an additional £100, over and above
the procuration fee on the mortgage. The conveyancing process is as follows:
