Buy to Let Proposition
The newly expanded offering to intermediaries now includes both its traditional Buy to Let packaging service, together with the new
‘direct to lender’ service, which means you now have a greater choice of lenders and products via the Sourcing and Quotation System,
with the added ability to submit the mortgage applications direct to the lender using TBMC's procuration fee Payment Route.
Registering to use our FREE Buy to Let Sourcing System
In order to use our enhanced Sourcing and Quotation System you will need to register/login . To submit ‘direct to lender’ applications under the TBMC procuration
fee Payment Route you will need to be registered as an introducer with the lenders - please click here for details.
How to submit business and procuration fees
When submitting your Buy to Let mortgage application directly to the lender you must select 'TBMC' as your Payment Route during the lender's online application process.
All procuration fees will be paid via TBMC.

Access restrictions
TBMC's 'direct to lender' service is available to directly authorised introducers and the appointed representatives of certain networks.
