Please note TBMC is unable to provide quotes for Home Buyer Valuation reports because the client must instruct the valuer directly. If your client would like a Home Buyer Valuation report, please make this clear on the application form and TBMC will inform the valuer of the request and the valuer will contact your client. The normal TBMC fee scale will apply which the valuer will take into consideration when providing the quote.
